    US Investigations later USIS – Established new business culture, new senior leadership team and clear operating objectives in four critical areas: people/process/productivity & growth. Drove revenue CAGR 18% & EBITDA CAGR 27% over 3 year period successful transaction of selling of private company to new financial sponsor for $1.5B / 10.3 x EBITDA.

    Phillips Medical – This business had a P & L with over $3.3 billion in revenue, which in turn produces in excess of $240 million in net income.  Randy brought a new level of communication, accountability, execution, planning and ownership to this organization and it is resulting in improved financial results, improved employee morale and market share growth. In the first half of 2004, orders/share went up 3 points, revenue up 5% and income from operations is up 33%.

    GE Capital – Information Technology Solutions – The business was losing over $100 million a year net from operations. From February 2000 until March 2001, Randy performed major restructuring to the business, sold off several assets, implemented price actions and shifted the business strategic focus to create a game plan to return to profitability.  Over the next seven quarters the plan was implemented and at the conclusion of 2002, the business had returned to a small profit of $12 million, which was a swing in profitability of over $110 million on less than half the volume achieved in 2000.  He was awarded the “Turnaround Business of the Year” by Jeff Immelt for all of General Electric.

    General Electric Company Industrial Control Systems – In the two year assignment revenue grew 60%, through both core growth and $90 Million in service business acquisitions.  In that same time period, operating margin grew 95%, via service technology changes and acquisition leverage.
